Grab the free printable hand lettering practice sheet with 6 casual brush lettering styles with the word ‘Snowflake’ to help get yourself through this cold season!
You know that ‘new year, new me’ saying? Well, I’m not going that far but back in December I did decide that I want to try and make these printable practice sheets a monthly series. I’m at least going to give it a go for this year. I love making them, getting to play around with the 6 different styles and I know so many of you love printing them off and playing with them. So it just seems like a win/win to make more!
For this month’s, I chose the word ‘snowflake’ because it’s a beautiful word and because I’m surrounded by them. I hope this practice sheet will give you a little joy and creativity during these dark and cold months!
If you’re new to printable hand lettering practice sheets, I have a full post sharing 3 ways you can use them to improve your lettering right here. I have a bunch available- you can check them all out right here.
I love these because they give me an opportunity to play around with different styles that I might not naturally try. They’re great for finding your own style as you’re lettering through, picking out letter shapes that you love to recreate. They’re also great warm up before you get lettering.
I love using my Tombow Fude for these if you’re looking for a brush pen to try!
I hope you enjoy it! And if you want to share your practicing, you know I’d love to see it! You can tag me @colleenpastoor or email me colleen@lemonthistle.com
