One of the crazy things about blogging is that you never know what people will respond to. I’ll pour a ton of love and effort into a DIY and no one seems to really connect with it. Then some other things that I think will flop do really, really well. One of those things that I’m forever surprised with how well it’s done is my 2013 (YES 2013!) fall to-do list. This was made the first month I started blogging. And every single fall, people get all crazy about it again. You guys, I made this thing in Power Point because I didn’t know how to use anything else.
But this year, I’m having those same feelings of ‘holy smokes how is it fall and how do we have so much going on and still make the most of this time’. So I thought it was a good year to make up a new version of this free printable fall to-do list with a couple items that are more geared towards our family… and also to suit my style! It’s black and white so it’s easy on printer ink and I think it’s easy on the eyes. I’ve had so much fun playing with line illustrations so I added some leaves I drew as well.
This is my list of things we want to ‘get done’ before the seasons change again. There’s a million other things I want to get done (like trim out our main floor now that we’ve floored, or painting the rest of our living room…) BUT these are the really important things. The things that we will remember for years and the things that will make up our children’s childhood. They won’t care about the half painted walls or lack of baseboards and at the end of the day… these are the things that need to get put in our schedule first. That’s what this autumn to-do list is for!
