Today I’m excited to be over at Remodelaholic sharing this simple (but totally lovely!) hanging wooden chalkboard. I love it as an alternative wreath with a nice welcome message- but it would be rad on a gallery wall with a motivational quote as well. The monochromatic look is perfect in my entry. It’s got black, white, hand lettering and wood tones… you know that’s all I need to call a project a home run! Better yet, it took no time at all to make with simple tools.
I’m sharing the whole how-to of course but I’m also sharing that hand lettered ‘welcome’ as a printable template. AND I’m showing you how to transfer any template (print off your fave font!) onto a chalkboard with no special tools or papers. Hop over and check it out!
